New enquiry from a letting agent

- Company details added from Companies House
- Reply drafted for review
- Approved and sent by Amira
- Logged, with a follow-up set for Thursday
Most business processes grew around whichever tools were there at the time.
A spreadsheet for the pipeline, a shared inbox for requests, several subscriptions that each do part of the job, and one person who knows how it all fits together.
It works until that person is on holiday or an auditor asks for evidence.
We build the systems a growing business runs on.
AI handles the reading and the chasing, and your people make the decisions.
When an enquiry arrives, AI reads it, creates the record, adds the company's details from Companies House, and drafts a reply for someone to send. When a supplier invoice lands, AI extracts the lines, codes them, and queues them for approval.
AI reads, sorts, drafts, and chases.
Enquiries, invoices, documents, and reminders are handled as they arrive, not when someone gets round to them.
A person approves what matters.
Anything that commits the business to a customer, a payment, or a decision about someone goes to a named person first.
The system logs every action.
What the AI saw, what it did, and who approved it are kept with the record, ready for an auditor.
You own the system, the data, and the account it runs on.
Every system runs in a Cloudflare account in your company's name, with the code in your own repository. Hosting for a typical system costs less than £10 a month, paid to Cloudflare directly, and if you stop working with us, everything keeps running.

What people usually ask first.
Drotta designs and builds business systems and AI workflows for UK businesses: CRMs, invoicing, onboarding, background screening, and compliance systems. Each one is built around the way the business already works, runs on Cloudflare, and belongs to the client.
UK businesses with 10 to 250 staff that have outgrown spreadsheets and shared inboxes. Most of our work is with membership bodies, professional services firms, recruitment agencies, and letting agents.
Most systems take 4 to 10 weeks, after a Blueprint of 1 to 2 weeks in which we map the process and design the system. You see a working version on a private link from the first week of the build.
We fix the price at the end of the Blueprint, once the process is mapped and the system is designed, so the number reflects the real work. It does not change unless the scope does.
You do. The system runs in a Cloudflare account in your company's name, the code sits in your own repository, and there are no per-seat licences, so it keeps running whether or not you keep working with us.
In Cloudflare's EU jurisdiction, which keeps databases and files inside the European Union, a destination UK data protection law treats as adequate. Staff sign in with their Microsoft 365 or Google accounts, and every change to a record is logged.
AI reads, sorts, drafts, and chases, and a named person approves anything that matters. Every AI action is logged with what it saw and what it did, spending is capped, and sensitive records only go to models running on Cloudflare's own network.
Yes. We connect Xero, QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Stripe, GoCardless, HubSpot, and most other tools with an API, so information is entered once.
